Because our products are frozen and perishable, we follow special handling guidelines to ensure safety and quality. Please review our policy below before ordering:
Frozen Products
All frozen products are packaged in insulated boxes with dry ice to ensure they arrive frozen and in good condition.
Because of the specialized packaging required, each order includes a $20 packaging fee to cover the insulated box and dry ice.
Shipping Schedule
Orders are shipped once per week, on Monday and/or Tuesdays, via UPS Next Day Air.
Orders must be placed by Friday at 5:00 p.m. (EST) for shipment the following Monday/Tuesday.
Delivery is generally expected within 24–48 hours, though this may vary depending on your location.
Coverage & Restrictions
We currently ship to residential addresses in the contiguous U.S.
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Delays & Responsibility
Once a package has been shipped, delivery is subject to factors beyond our control, such as inclement weather, carrier delays, or lost packages.
We work closely with UPS to minimize delays and ensure orders are handled promptly, but we cannot guarantee delivery times once the package leaves our facility.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the dimensions and weight of your package.
All orders are packed with insulation and dry ice to help maintain proper temperature during transit.
Please plan to receive and store your shipment promptly upon delivery. We are not responsible for packages that are left outside for extended periods.

❄️ Frozen & Perishable Products
All sales are final once shipped.
For food safety reasons, returns are not accepted on frozen or perishable products.
If your order arrives damaged, thawed, or incomplete, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
Eligible claims will be resolved with a replacement shipment, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Claims submitted after 24 hours cannot be honored, as we cannot verify handling or storage after delivery.
🚫 No Returns
For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of frozen or perishable products under any circumstances.
No guarantees on hatch rate: Hatching success depends on many factors outside of our control (such as incubation equipment, temperature, humidity, and handling after arrival).
Eggs are carefully collected, packed, and shipped to minimize risk.
We pledge that your eggs will arrive fresh, properly packaged, and intact. If eggs arrive broken or damaged in transit, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the box, packing material, and eggs.
Damaged egg claims will be handled with either replacement eggs (when available) or partial refund/store credit.
We cannot refund or replace eggs once they have been incubated.
Returns are accepted on unused, unopened non-perishable products within 30 days of delivery.
Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives defective or incorrect.
Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected.
